Conditions:

 

1. The participant must be a member of the Jamaican Bar Association in good financial standing.

2. All payments are to be made to the Jamaican Bar Association and are non-refundable.

3. Only 1-year memberships are offered under the programme.

4. Upon enrolment, the member must pay a security deposit equal to one month's gym subscription, which will be applied against the subscription fee payable for the 12^th and final month of the term (unless the year's subscription is paid in full on enrolment).

5. The member must have on file a credit card valid for at least 1 year from the date of enrolment and agree that all overdue sums may be charged to that credit card.

6. Where payment is to be collected monthly, the member must either authorise the Jamaican Bar Association in writing to charge the monthly gym membership fee to his or her credit card OR set up an automatic payroll deduction with his or her employer to pay the monthly subscription to the Jamaican Bar Association.

7. If a member falls into arrears in payment, access to the gym may be suspended, but the plan will continue notwithstanding and the member will remain bound for the duration of the 12-month term.

8. The plan cannot be cancelled before the 12-month term has expired.

9. Advertised rates are only valid for memberships commenced prior to December 31, 2009.

10. Rates are subject to change after the 12-month term has expired.
