PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
This workshop aims to provide practical guidance in preparing applications for the most common types of Grants of Representation in the Supreme Court. The workshop will provide the legal and
procedural basis for some of the requirements as well as other matters that attorneys must consider when drafting documents in support of these applications. The aim is to ensure that persons engaging with the Court in this respect will have a clearer understanding of what is required, which in turn will enable the Court to process these applications more effectively and efficiently.
