The ADR Sub-Committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 3:30 pm at Myers Fletcher & Gordon, 21 East Street, Kingston. A majority of the members of the Sub-committee are certified mediators and/or chartered arbitrators. The Sub-committee serves as a key stakeholder on behalf of the profession on issues related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and restorative justice and their use in the Jamaican legal system. The Sub-committee collaborates with local, regional and international, governmental and non-governmental organizations addressing ADR. The Sub-committee assists in planning education on ADR for the profession and the public.
