The Telecommunications, Broadcasting & Technology Committee (TBTC) is committed to raising the awareness of members of the legal profession on:
- the benefits and pitfalls in the use of technology in the practice of law; and
- emerging issues related to telecommunications, broadcasting and technology.
The TBTC monitors and, where appropriate, advocates for and comments on the development of Government policy, regulations and legislation in relation to telecommunications, broadcasting and technology to ensure justice and the adherence to the rule of law.
The TBTC meets on the last Wednesday of every month at 7 Stanton Terrace at 4:45pm. While knowledge of and/or expertise in telecommunications, broadcasting or technology is not a pre-requisite to being a member of the Committee a keen interest in these related areas is a must.
