The Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee is responsible for reviewing the procedures and the practice in criminal proceedings conducted in the Resident Magistrate’s Courts, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. The Committee also makes recommendations for legislation to be passed or amended. The goal of the Committee is the improvement of the criminal justice system. The Committee is Chaired by Tamika Harris.
